Which contact option should I choose?
Book a consultation when you have a defined Shopify project. Choose a Store Review when you need help identifying priorities. Use the general form for existing projects, partnerships or other enquiries.
How quickly will Oritenga reply?
We usually reply within one business day. More complex enquiries may require additional review before we respond.
Do I need to share my Shopify password?
No. Never send your Shopify password through a form or email. A public store URL is enough for an initial discussion. Shopify Partner collaborator access is used later when access is required.
Secure collaborator access is requested only when a project later requires store access.
Can existing clients use this page?
